Seven Islands sits on the spreader / Burnt Store growth edge of Northwest Cape Coral. Newer construction, larger lots, and a mix of freshwater plus some indirect gulf-access west of Burnt Store. It is not Yacht Club water and it is not Cape Harbour. If someone sold you “the new Cape Coral” without saying which canal class, that is the conversation we have on the first call.
