While you are under contract, we connect you with the people you need, like a lender, inspector, insurance agent, and title company. After you move in, we can still help you find people for the pool, the lawn, and repairs. You ask. We get it handled.

Water access changes what a home is worth to you. Before you fall for a canal home, we check the details with you:
- Bridge clearance on the route out, checked against your boat height.
- The canal route from the dock toward open water, using our waterway map.
- Whether the canal is freshwater or salt, and what that means for a boat.
We do not promise that any home has Gulf access. We show you what the route looks like and what to confirm on the ground.

Who we are
We are The Milner Team at Florida Future Realty. Our office is on Cape Coral Parkway in Cape Coral.
Brayden Milner leads the team. He was born and raised in Cape Coral. He is a third-generation Realtor and the first in his family born here. He trains every agent on the team.
Florida Future Realty is owned by Susan Milner, our broker. She started it in 2008.
We know this town
