Southeast Cape Coral is the heart of the city, the area between Cape Coral Parkway and Veterans Parkway, east of Del Prado Boulevard. This is where Cape Coral began, and it remains one of the most sought-after areas for its established neighborhoods, mature landscaping, and proximity to the bridges to Fort Myers.

What Stands Out

The shortest bridge commutes in the city, established streets with mature trees, and gulf access canals priced below the southwest premium. Much of the housing stock is renovated 1970s to 2000s concrete block on a proven grid.
