Do you work with out-of-state buyers?
Yes. Relocation buyers are a big part of what we do. Video walk-throughs, virtual tours, and remote-closing logistics are normal for us. Most relocation clients fly down once or twice instead of a dozen times.
What areas do you cover?
Primary: Cape Coral. Secondary: Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Rotonda West, and Fort Myers Beach. We work Lee, Charlotte, and Collier counties.
Is there a fee for the first call?
No. The 15–30 minute intro call, home valuation, and neighborhood walk-throughs are all free with zero obligation. We’d rather earn your business than charge you for access.
