The Milner Team at Florida Future Realty is a small, hand-picked Southwest Florida team built on three generations of one family’s work in this market. Brayden Milner leads the team day-to-day. His mom Susan is the Broker and Owner of Florida Future Realty, the independent brokerage she founded in January 2008. Brayden formally founded The Milner Team inside FFR in 2024. We’re not a startup. We’re not a hustle-culture creation. We’re the next chapter of a family that’s been working this market since the mid-1990s.

Brayden’s grandparents helped families buy and sell in Southwest Florida starting in the mid-1990s. They’re retired now. His mom Susan founded Florida Future Realty in January 2008 and remains the Broker and Owner of the brokerage today. She operates at the brokerage level (agent roster, compliance, brokerage strategy) rather than running day-to-day Milner Team transactions.
Brayden grew up watching deals get negotiated at the dinner table. By the time he founded The Milner Team inside FFR in 2024, he’d spent years learning the market from his mom and building his own playbook inside hers. He personally selects and trains every agent he adds, so the family standard flows to every client we work with through the team he’s built.

I’m Brayden Milner, and I grew up in the heart of Southwest Florida, surrounded by the world of real estate. I’m proud to be a third-generation Realtor and the founder of The Milner Team at Florida Future Realty. Three generations of real estate expertise and a deep love for Southwest Florida. That’s the foundation I work from every day.
Real estate isn’t just my career. It’s my calling. I’ve helped first-time homebuyers find the perfect start, guided families relocating to paradise, and fought hard to negotiate top-dollar sales for homeowners ready to move on. I bought my own first home here in Cape Coral at 22, and I used the exact playbook we use for clients. Ended up negotiating over $35,000 in closing-cost credits and commissions back into my pocket. So when I tell you what’s possible at the table, it’s not theory.
I compete in MMA, and the discipline, composure, and ability to perform under pressure that it demands translate directly to real estate negotiation. Fighting taught me to stay calm when other people don’t, and that’s most of what closing a deal actually is. We fight for every client, every dollar, every time.
Being a small family business, I treat every client like I’d treat my own family. That’s not a slogan. It’s the standard my mom Susan set when she opened Florida Future Realty in 2008, and it’s the standard I hold every agent on this team to.
